Position Description: We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to oversee our fulfillment center located in East Hanover, NJ The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience in warehouse management and will be responsible for shipping and receiving, working with carriers, and managing inventory. The candidate must have a valid driver's license and car, as well as experience working independently.
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for the flow of the warehouse processes. Including but not limited to:
Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, receiving and customer service.
Inventory management.
Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary.
All equipment receiving into systems Working with the Project Management Team to pull all product to staging as requested
Work with Inside Sales and Project Management Team on all requests shipping of orders.
Work with Finance to setup accounts as needed with new shipping and courier companies
Ensuring all Purchase Orders are properly received in against vendor invoices and packing slips.
Review inventory counts quarterly with Finance Team to ensure accuracy.
Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity.
Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, work closely with carriers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe for all employees and visitors.
Requirements:
Three or more years of experience in a warehouse role .
Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff.
Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal.
Ability to operate a forklift (Forklift License preferred).
Valid driver's license and car.
Ability to work independently.
